Royal Family left heartbroken by shock family death.

Thomas Kingston died at age 45, not long after getting married to Lady Gabriella.
The sudden death of Lady Gabriella’s husband, Thomas Kingston, has left King Charles and Queen Camilla in need.

Kingston was a British businessman who died on Sunday at the age of 45. The news came out on Tuesday. The cause of death has not been found, but there are no suspicious circumstances or other people involved.A palace spokesman said on Tuesday, “The King and The Queen have been told of Thomas’s death. They are saddened by the loss of a loved family member and join Prince and Princess Michael of Kent in their grief.” Their Majesties send their deepest condolences and prayers to Gabriella and the whole Kingston family.

There was a statement from Lady Gabriella, Martin and Jill Kingston, Joanna Connolly, and Emma Murray that said, “It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Kingston, our beloved husband, son, and brother.” Each and every person who knew Tom felt blessed to have known him. The whole family is very sad about his death, and we ask that you give us space while we grieve. She is 42 years old and the only daughter of Prince Michael of Kent, who is Queen Elizabeth’s first cousin.

King Charles, 76, and Queen Camilla, 75, were close to Lady Gabriella and Kingston, and they often showed it in public. The four of them cheered for the King and Queen’s horse at Royal Ascot in June 2023 from the Royal Box.

Lady Gabriella and Kingston went to a Celebration of Shakespeare event with Queen Camilla less than two weeks ago, on February 14.
In the past few years, Lady Gabriella and Kingston have attended many events with the royal family. For example, they were at the funeral for Queen Elizabeth in September 2022, the jubilee celebrations for Queen Elizabeth in June 2022, and the memorial service for Prince Philip in March 2022.

A lot of royal family members, like Queen Elizabeth and Prince Harry (who showed up out of the blue just weeks after his son was born), also went to Lady Gabriella and Kingston’s wedding in May 2019 at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle.
There was a service of Thanksgiving at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle for King Constantine of Greece, who died last year. Queen Camilla, Lady Gabriella’s parents, Prince and Princess Michael of Kent, and other royal family members were there hours before news of Kingston’s death spread.
Lady Gabriella had a relationship with the late King of Greece. She went to his funeral last year on behalf of Prince William, who was also one of Constantine’s godchildren. Prince William didn’t go to the service on Tuesday because of personal matters, but it’s not thought that his absence had anything to do with Kingston’s death.
